Elizabeth Davis is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Star Mountain Capital with a particular focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

In her current role, she partners closely with investment and operations leaders to scope roles, build targeted talent pipelines, and streamline interview processes. She leverages data-driven recruiting practices to enhance the candidate experience and deliver high-quality, culture-aligned hires while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated financial-services environment. Beyond talent acquisition, she plays an active role in employee relations and performance management, supporting leaders in addressing workplace matters, fostering engagement, and implementing practices that drive professional growth and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Star Mountain, Ms. Davis was a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at BayCare Health System, where she supported diverse hiring initiatives across clinical and corporate functions. Ms. Davis also has additional talent acquisition experience from Tri Delta and Sunbelt Staffing.

Ms. Davis earned both her BS and MS in Human Resource Management from the University of South Florida.
