Star Mountain Capital Named a 2020 Winner of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation Program

Star Mountain Capital is honored to be named a 2020 Winner of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation program. The Best and Brightest programs identify, recognize, and celebrate the organizations that epitomize better business, richer lives, and stronger communities. You can view the full announcement on the Best and Brightest website here.

The Best and Brightest Program considered over 3,000 nominations in which they collected the following data on each employer: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

There was an evaluation cost for both the New York and National programs. That cost covers scoring and analysis, provides back an Overall Assessment Report, as well as a C-Suite Summary Assessment Report with benchmark information on how companies stand in comparison to all other companies in the country.

Star Mountain has also been named a Best Place to Work by Pensions & Investment and named a Best Place to Work by Crain’s.
